Cancellations
You may cancel any order within 3 hours of placement. Post expiry of the aforementioned period, no cancellation requests shall be entertained by us.
Wrong Items Emailed
If you receive items you did not order, call us at +92 311 222 4261 or email at [email protected]. You will receive the correct items ordered within 6 hours of email request received.

You may pay by debit card or credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, fax, mail, or phone). Zain Academy accepts Visa, MasterCard cards. Your debit or credit card will be charged when your transction is accepted by payment gateway and order number is generated by website.
